A semi-finished product dedicated to patients with diabetes problems; the footbed has a lining in antibacterial and anti-fungal material with a whole heel lift in EVA SUPPORT. Allows processing by material removal. It performs at its best when working on a mould. The lining is in certified material for DIABETIC feet, free of any type of puncture, to avoid bacterial proliferation.

After preparing the patient’s cast, heat the insole in a ventilated oven for about 5 minutes at 80°C and when the materials are ready for thermoforming, place the insole on the cast and print it. When modelling on the removal of material simply bring to the template and find the right compromise for the size / location for any depressions.
